My name is Brody Foster, and I am a senior this year at the University of New Mexico and will be graduating in May. I grew up in Rio Rancho and have lived in New Mexico all my life. My major is in Multimedia Journalism and my hobbies include sports and video games. I got into multimedia journalism because of my love of sports, growing up I was in love with the NFL and college football. I started playing football from a young age and continued until high school. This obsession with football has led me to wanting to cover sports for a living, which then led to me wanting to be a journalist/reporter. I interned for TV news station KOB 4 in the summer of 2023, working mostly with the 4 investigates team. I also am a hard-working student and made consecutive dean’s list from the Spring 2022 semester to the Fall 2023 semester. This portfolio displays some of my work as I continue to get better and work towards my goals in the field of journalism.
